Our goal is to provide a learning environment for beginners all the way thru seasoned home cooks looking to learn new recipes or techniques. We will go over many basics and expand for the veterans. We can work in small groups or one on one, which ever you prefer. We will do all of the shopping and provide a fun filled atmosphere and solid easy to use recipes where ever you decide to hold a session.

Sample Recipe: Zuppa di Mare
Ingredients:
Linguine 1 ½ #
U 10 Shrimp 12 ea
U 10 count Scallops 12 ea
White Wine 4 oz
Clams 16 ea
Mussels 16 ea
New England Cod 12 oz Cut 1”
Calamari 12 oz
Olive oil 8 oz
Garlic, Minced 2 oz
Marinara Sauce 12 oz
Whole baby clams 1 can
Clam Juice 2 cups
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Sear the Cod, Scallops and Shrimp in olive oil.
Pull the Shrimp and Scallops out.
Add the Garlic, clams and calamari.
Deglaze with white wine.
Add the Mussels.
Steam until the clams and Mussels open. About 3 minutes.
While Steaming add the rest of the ingredients.
Toss in pasta.
Season to taste.
Top with minced basil an parsley
